Have you ever found buried treasure?

For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to find a secret map that leads to buried treasure like in the Goonies and National Treasure. But I never did. :^(
I've been thinking of hiding some valuables on my property and creating a treasure map for it, then leave it to someone in my will- just to make life interesting.

When I was a school girl, I also use to think like you, but I never got any hidden or buried treasure. And today I am a matured lady, and I think even if I will get any such buried treasure , I would rather distrubuted it into poor people who may be in more need than me. Something that you have not earned with your hard work, does not give any pleasure. But I like adventure, to use maps and hunt the treasure will really interest me.
