Does anyone know of any natural remedies for PMS?

I heard that you can use essential oils but I am not sure about which ones. Any remedies would be appreciated. Thanks.

yeah...stay away from men, any men, husbands, boyfriends, brothers, even fathers. They will all irritate you 10 days before your period! Sorry, I'm half joking there...No but evening primrose oil supposedly works but you have to take it for many months. Talk to a homeopath, there is a remedy that starts with the letter S, that is supposed to work almost immediately.

saying away from men isn't a problem, they just leave on their own. Usually that time of the month my husband has a lot of stuff to take care of in the basement. He has VCRs to repair, shelves to put together, organize his tools etc. He even has a stereo and all his CDs down there. That's how bad it gets around here.
