Will this game ever come out again? i mean they are saying for some years now that they will release a new one that will be tha greatest game ever. So what's happening?

Don;t thik that is there any hope for that great game.They've changed the engine of that game that i think the franchise doesn't have money for it anymore.maybe it will be bought by someone else and do something with it.maybe...
