which is the place with most crimes ?????

i think its Bankok,,,, as far as i know and watever i have read,,,, according to u ??? and if it is a reknown place for such crimes as killings, kidnaps,drugs and so large channel of underworld,, why the government doesnt take any actions.???????

realy i thought bombay is one place where the crimes r more in the movies they always hilites bombay and for terrisum kashimer.i will read about the bankok and know more about that country it may b because casenos i think so.
