Where would you like to spend your retirement days?

In my country, alot of retirees goes to China to buy a plot of land and then set up a farm,spending their days enjoying the nature. Where would you like to spend your retirement days? I myself would like to go to australia or somewhere where the pace of life is much slower.

I am in china.When I retire I would like to go to the country,because it is clean and quiet.I will have a good time there.This is my dream.

What country do you live in, just out of curiosity? Anyway, I don't know what I would do in retirement - that's way too far off, but I think I would like to stay active throughout my life. Sitting around just isn't appealing to me, especially after I've had such an active lifestyle. I want to be one of those older people who, when you look at them, you think - "Whoa, I didn't know that they could still do that!"

Hey snapThat, i live in Singapore where the pace of life sometimes is suffocating. Retirees doesnt mean sitting around aimlessly but just not working. We could still participate in many activites
