most of the time i am very satisfied. i have had some problems with the mail, asked for tech help and wasn't too happy with their answers, but it worked out eventually. and you can't complain tooo much since it's free, lol

ya , there is some communication gap between the customers and management, yahoo is trying out to solve out, i have been attach with it since 8 years, and some times i even find the same problems..!nothing is perfect isn't it..?????

Yes, I am very much satisfied with yahoo. I've been using yahoo since I started being online wayback 1997. I am a diehard user of yahoo and I am so much comfortable with it.
