arghhhhhhhhh i need the spring

I just usually go through the season. I like building snow mans with the kids but that is the extent of it. I never even want to go anywhere when it is cold out. I to hope that spring is right around the corner. It is starting to warm up some what around here. Which is good because we were a disaster for the last few days.

I LOVE the Winter usually, but this year we had very unusual amounts of snow in that we got waaaaaaaay more than we normally do. It was an absolute nightmare! The roads were like ice skating rinks and there were accidents everywhere because people seem to forget how to drive in snow. Our Spring usually doesn't arrive till well into April anywayz, and the skies aren't consistently blue until early May. Thats usually when we make our first trip back up to the mounatins. the snow has usually melted enough by then for us to hit the trails.

So funny... I was just on the phone with the billing person at my internet provider and she was saying she heard the same thing (about winter lasting even longer this year). I just can't deal with that concept LOL I am so NOT a winter person. I do enjoy skating and the odd sledding day but, as a rule, I hate winter with a passion. I can't stand the inconveniences, the digging out the car, shoveling the walk only to have the wind blow it all back minutes later and just the cold -- ewww. I was looking at the newspaper this morning and the fashion section had a bunch of items about spring clothes... all really bright, vivid colors. They looked so light and cheerful. Made me long for not having to wear all these layers anymore!

I manage to make it through winter usually. This winter has been worse for me since it started late. Here in Nebraska we usually have our first snow by December. This year we saw no snow till after the first of the year. The thing that is the worst for me is the cold. I have arthritis in my knees so every winter I get so stiff I can hardly walk up and down the stairs like I need to. I am ready for winter to be over so I can see flowers and grass again.

I am very ready for warmer weather not looking forward to summer so much this year because i will be pregnant but im definatley ready for winter to be gone

I was thinking the same thing this past week-end. We do not even have snow and never get any snow. It has been unseasonally cold for this time of the years and I yearn for the spring. I want to see the grass turn green, the spring flowers begin to bloom, the trees get their leaves back. I am so hoping it will be before April, but I bet I will have to wait until then.

me too. it's so cold and way to snowy. i hope that winter won't be here til april. i can't stand this. i hate winter sports and activities. i barely get through the winter. it is really depressing

I am definitely a spring and summer person, the cold dark winter days depress me. I always look forward to the days getting longer and the sun shining.

I KNOW what you mean! I just now heard that the ground hog said it would be an early spring. YEAH RIGHT! I saw the weather channel most of the USA is in rain or snow or some sort still! Last time it rained, last week. The weather man said to us "this is the last rain of the season" funny thing... clouds roll in yesterday evening, and it rained pretty heavey off and on all night. Then again 80% rain today and I havent seen anything since 7am! Maybe tonight. Oh joy rain on a Tuesday. Did I mention how much I HATE rain? Its why I'd never move to Seattle. *sigh* rain rain GO AWAY! come again NEVER AGAIN! :/

Yah...sometimes I am enjoy during a winter time, sometimes not...but most I wanted is summer time co'z were alwys have an outing. Going to beach or in a park and play there with brother's and sisers everweek. And we can spend out time together with your friends, cousins and most especially with my family.....

Yeah, we're supposed to still have cold weather across the country for probably another month or more. It's definitely been cooler this year than in years past.

If you need the spring or you like sunny day, I can tell you that you should go to the place that provide sunny such as sea in the eastern of the world. You will wonder that while you get winter day but in the other place of the wolrd get sunny day. You may enjoy with that place, enjoy with sea, sand, sun, instead of getting down in winter.

I hate Winter it Ruins my shoes ; ; makes me very upset also it makes my car all salty and yucky not attractive @ all.

I am really sick of winter. Are winter started out really mild and I loved it. But now we are paying for all the mild weather we had. We have had sub zero weather for the past month. I am tired of it. I can't wait for spring, but we have so much it will take forever for it to melt.

We don't have snow here so it is not all that terrible and yes winter is good at day time but horrible in the nights. But it is only a month long that we feel terrible after that all is normal. We suffer a lot in summers with temperatures going as high as 44 degrees. But spring is the best season all over the globe.

Me too! I'm more than ready for spring. I hate the cold and we hardly had any snow so far this winter here in Nova Scotia (at least in the part I live in) so the kids really haven't been able to even have fun this year. It's been too cold to really spend any time outdoors. I can't wait til the warmer weather, I'm so tired of dressing in layers and bundling up just to step outside.

The doctors don't classify my depression as seasonal but I find that winter really get me down. I'm so looking forward to springtime. It's the season of rebirth and it just gets all my juices flowing. Physically, emotionally and creativally. I thought spring was going to come early this year a few weeks ago but then we got another dump of snow and the weather has been so blah lately.

I need the spring also, I get sick in every winter, so I know what you mean using that arghhhhhhhhhh

I too am looking forward to the Spring and Summer months! Can not stand the cold weather at all.. Do hope we get a long Spring Summer this year. It will be nice to get out and about and not worry about the cold weather for a while! Winter I try stay indoors as much as possible lol I wish I could hybernate from the cold lol Lynn-Marie
