So Slow

Hey plz help me as my PC is getting slow day by day.It has a 845GV motheboard,256MB RAM,P-4 1.7GHz.

sounds to me like you either need to empty your temp files or you have a virus you need a good cleaner such as spybot search and destroy (free) on line and works great.
