I've been friends with this one girl for 2 yrs and at first we were cool and hang out alot. last yr, I started noticing that when we went out, she'd say she forgot her wallet. at first I didnt mind paying for the outing but its happened so many times now. she also calls me to pick her up for a shopping trip which ends up being an errand run for her to-do list. the last time she tricked me, i told her off but she didn't see what the problem was. I've had it. should i ignore her calls or limit my involvement? What would you do?

Well sense you called her on this and she didn't see the problem you must not have made it clear to her.
Of course for some people that is impossible to do.
One thing you could do if you still want to go out is before you leave ask her if she has her money with her. She will have no excuse then.
As for the shopping trips.....unless you don't mind on any given occasion there is no reason you couldn't be busy.
When she calls and wants you to go shopping with her a simple...."Oh I am sorry but I have somthing I was just leaving to take care of. Maybe another time okay?" should be all you need to do.
Your friend can only take advantage of you to the extent you let her. You know her now so be prepared before hand and you will know how to handle it.
