Hi, if virendar sehwag scores well and fast in his usual style in this world cup, I'll be happy as it will serve the cause of team india well. But I sincerely think that ganguly will outperform sehwag in this world cup for the following reasons. This world cup is going to be conducted in slow pitches where the ball doesn't come on nicely to the bat. Only batsmen with tight defense and good footwork and patience can excel in such pitches. Needless to say, ganguly is better than sehwag in all these parameters. Ganguly is in vintage form coming in to this world cup whereas sehwag has just a tottering 46 to his credit in his last match against the lankans. Even in that match he was completely overshadowed by our young gladiator robin uthappa who outperformed him comfortably. Worse, he was run out in a comical fashion in that match. So my friend, let's pray both ganguly and sehwag score well in this world cup so we can have a blazing start match after match throughout this world cup, brightening india's chances so that irrespective of who performs better at the end of the day, you and I win.
