Best color to paint office?

Right now the room is a pale yellow color and I hate it! What are some good color ideas to paint an office that would motivate to me to homework/work and create a more relaxing and calming environment? The carpet is a creamy color

Some light blue or lavender will give a relaxing and calming environment in the office. I think it goes with your carpet too.
