Exposure to soft Sunrays are very good for our health. This is only available in the morning hours up to 8a.m. This provides us with soft ultra-violet rays, which makes vitamin-D in our body by exposing for a short time say up to 15 minutes only. Always direct exposure of our body to strong Sunrays must be avoided. Our clothes are only to be exposed to strong Sunrays directly for killing germs very often. Thank you.

Our bodies absorb vitamin D from sunlight, so it does have health benefits. However, over-exposure to the sun is the main cause of aging skin and skin cancers.
