please let me know how much does it cost if you need to transfer your account balance from 1 paypal account to another??? somebody told me it costs $5. is it true???

I know that it costs %2 of the amount that you want to transfer from your PayPal account.

you can send money to another one at no cost!(if you are from india, account created in India cannot add bank account to their PayPal account. The only option is to request a check but the minimum check you can withdraw is $150.00 USD. So I think it will be better to use the $ USD that you have to purchase something. if you are unverified! ---you can send money to any paypal account but your limit is maximum $100 USD;and it is free of cost (you can purchase from sites like ebay,rapidshare premium acoount etc.) ---you can withdraw amount from paypal within a monthly limit of $500 USD and total limit $3,000 USD
