I believe both, indians are fast learners and quick implmenters. Cost is the second most important factor. As US companies save a huge amount of money on this front.

Indians are very hardworking, sincere and committed workers and they work at cheaper rates than workers from many other developed nations like the US. And there's a lot of manpower available here which is willing to work at low costs, So its a very good place for the outsourcers.

Indian zeal to work, hardworking attitude, low cost management techniques, and extensive brainwork makes India win apart from time zone and labour availability.

I lost my job to India - about 3 years shy of retiring. It took to 2 Indians to replace me and it was still costing the company less then 1/2 of what I was making. You have a big labor pool available, so you can afford to the brightest. As your salaries go up, the developed countries will look for labor else where.

Hi, It is the gene factor the genetical difference. Indians are more able be more focused in small and short run programmes. Their body gets more fat soon, they are experts in short run objectives mainly like computer softwares, engineering so on. Just look the economy of India short planned and it becomes more problems in further. Were as the gene of Americans are for big functions. The boms on Hiroshima and Nagasiki had big effects, the space tours etc, its economy is in big visions. The genetifcal factor of Indian makes them in place of outsourcing as they are better in dealing minute matters and speedy intelligent decisions. The gene factor plays the role of increase of Indians in outsourceing.

talented and cost effective the reason behind for outsourcing but cost factor matters alot for both company and the candidates. but if talk in the present time, then not only india is the place of outsourcing for USA,UK or other countries, other countries also coming just coz of their cost effectness.
