Well this is because you only have 8 posts to your name. We get paid for being active. In order to do so, you have to respond to discussions as well as start them. If people respond to the ones you start, then they are counted as well. It's all about the quality though, I think on average posts are worth between one and three cents each, but in order to make money you have to participate.

Well, it seems there is no active participation from your end. Participate on a regular basis, your earnings will also increase gradually.
