Hi! I take it you are baking whole potatoes next to each other, right? Here are a few tricks. I've seen my mother rub the outside of the potato with crisco to keep the inside from drying out when she bakes it. That would keep them from sticking together. Another thing you could do is wrap each potato in tin foil. That would hold in moisture and keep them from sticking together.
I hope that helps! :-)

I'm not sure I realized you could bake potatoes without the foil. lol. I had trouble figuring out how they'd stick together. I've always done them with aluminum foil because that is the way my mom did. Before I wrap them, I cut them in half.. add butter, an onion slice, some garlic.. put them back together and roll them in tinfoil then stick them in the oven.

I bake my potatoes in the microwave. I put fork holes all through them, then put them on a paper plate in a circle. We have a microwave that has a turner in it, so they are going in a circle any way. Half way through, I flip the potatoes so they'll get cooked evenly.

Are you baking them in an oven or atop the stove? I know Hubby will state bake potato and cook them atop the stove. If this is so, I usually use this method. Hubby likes them this way too. I have actually precooked the potato in the microwave for 8-9 minutes. When cooled, slice into quarters. Drizzle olive oil in pan and add sliced potatoes and 1 sliced onion. Sprinkle with garlic salt and dried rosemary leaves. Cook over medium heat, until onion is cooked and potatoes are crispy.
