I used to handle stress by crying all the time. Now I just try to stay busy and make money online every day. I can now talk with my husband about things that stress me out and we work on those things together. It is very unhealthy to have stress in our lives every day. It helps if someone is there to help you work through it and tries to help take some of the weight off of the other persons shoulders.
