My star number and earnings went down just from being gone a week.

I haven't been able to get on MyLot all week. I have been so busy working over 40 hours at work because of Valentines Day. By the time I would get home I had to make dinner or whatever else I needed to do and I would be too tired to even come to my computer and sign on MyLot. My star dropped from a 10 to a 9, and my earnings even went down a little. Do you think it's fair for MyLot to drop your star number and earnings down just because you haven't been on to participate for only a week?

I can't understand why your star rating should have dropped. Your star depends on how the users on myLot rate your discussions. My daughter hasn't been on myLot for almost three weeks now and I have just checked her star rating and it is still the same. If you got points for responding to some topics that were deleted that could effect your rating and earnings. I am so sorry this has happened to you so I am giving you a plus to help restore your points.

Thanks, I think discussions got deleted that i replied to like you said. Since your daughter's star didn't go down after being gone for weeks now I know being gone wasn't the reason for my star dropping. It's ok hopefully it will go back up again. Thanks again.

I haven't same experience with you.I wasn't at mylot or 10 days at Christmas but my earnings doesn't go down.Of course I hadn't star this time.My opinion is you earnings didn't go down for his reason.The days you wasn't here the more of us we saw earnings go down.Was 1-2 days mylot clean some discussions so the money go down for this.To me and many other members.Anyway nice to see you back.

I believe that the reason your earning went down, is because perhaps, you wrote to discussions that were later removed. And also, your star probably went down because of that also. You might have posted to discussions that were removed, when you were marked positive, so your overall rating went down along with your earnings. Don't worry, you will get it back up to a 10.
