Which option would you choose for child support if you are him?

You are separated from your ex and you allow your ex to keep the child. You have two options:1.) Go through the courts and pay one thrid of your checks and only get to see your child every other weekend even if you have to work then. 2.) Take your ex up on an agreement that you only have to pay $50 a week and you can take your child for 24 hours once every week on any one of your days off. You make an average of $300. a week and that does not include your over time. Your not able to get weekends off because of your job. Which option would you choose?I'm asking because I made the second agreement with my ex so he could see our child a little more often with out haveing to worry about having to go to work. We agreed on $50. a week becuase we found out that if we went through the courts they would order him to pay one third of his checks. I know he has bills that's why I'm not asking for too much. He aslo gets our daughter everyother holiday. She is four years old and going to be five in five months. Which option would you choose if you are him?
