Is it me or was it more regimented/disciplined some 30 years ago when i was growing up on a scum bag council estate where money and food was virtually non existent. Dont want to sound like an old you know what but kids in general are more vocal, more rude and dont really have much respect for their olders.
I will hit the 40 this year and wandered whether i was at that time of life that i as kid not doing not half as much as what the kids do today use to think older people were a pain
Dont get me wrong i have 2 children..girls..twins both 8 who do dare at times to speak with atttitude towards my wife or i which i am sure most with children have experienced, but some of the children today are horrible people
Nowadays i tend to just ignore youths in groups as you dont get into fights with fists anymore its usually knives ar guns....what is the world coming too?

Children today seem to have less respect than what we middle-agers were brought up with. The values of their parents (our children) are very different from ours. I tried to raise my children to be respectful, but they have their own views on lots of things. I'm sure through the ages this has always been a problem, but we seem more aware of it today. Young people have so much free time now, and some aren't taught how to use it effectively and they tend to end up in trouble. Parents are so busy working and trying to meet their obligations. Society has indeed changed in the last 50 years, and not always for the good.
