Which is the most desired quality for an entrepreneur?

There are many like inner drive to succeed, strong belief in themselves, search for new ideas and innovation, openness to change, competitive by nature, highly motivated and energetic and accepting of constructive criticism and rejection. All these are desired qualities and can't only one the best.

Of course you need money to make money, but two of the most important qualities an entrepreneur must have is seeing opportunity and taking advantage of the opportunity, also dedication. The reason for the opportunity and taking advantage of it is mostly for the entrepreneurs that don't want to follow the crowd and do the ventures everyone does if you have an eye for seeing a niche that no one has seen then your bound to make more money then anyone that follows the typical ventures. Dedication because if your not dedicated then you will be trying out your venture and it might not be working in the beginning so you quit cause you don't have that desire that dedication to succeed and make it work no matter what obstacle your facing.

I think self belief is extremely important, as if you dont have belief in yourself, how do you expect others to believe in you, give you money, buy your products and services etc. I honestly think the most desired quality for success would be dedication /perseverance, as it wont always be plain sailing and you need to be a strong willed person to succeed in the world of business
