Remember the Natalie case in Aruba? Well, I am from there and now living in Mexico-Puerto Vallarta. How come there are so many young people coming our way and seem to think that EVERYTHING is allowed in our neck of the woods....and then at times end up in some sort of trouble? Is it being away from home that sets them loose? Nobody to check on them?
