Last night, My husband was on his was home with our son and his best friend. They went out to Cal City to go riding in the desert. They are about 15 mins from home and it starts down pouring outside. I really have not seen rain like this in San Diego ever! But anyways, My husband hits a puddle and he hydro planes and hits the wall. I was not there but he controlled the car very well. But our front end it messed up. So we called the Insurance company to make a claim and they said to call back because there system is down! What the hell is that?? I have never heard that before. We have never had to file a claim with them before. But does this happen often? You know it is the law to have insurance, but if your insurance goes up because there system was not up. I will be pissed! I am just upset. I thought that insurance Co. are suppose to be there for you when something happens. Input would be great! Thanks. :)
