Cell phones drive me bonkers, or I should say rude cell phone users drive me bonkers. I was at a funeral on Friday, and you guessed it, in the middle of the service, someone's cell phone rang. I couldn't believe it. To make matters worse, they actually got up and left the chapel to answer it. Nobody is that important that their cell phone couldn't be off for 1/2 hour. Also, while I'm ranting, don't you people know everyone can hear EVERY single word you're saying while you're on that soooo important phone call. So, don't look at me weird for looking at you shouting at your "blue tooth" invisible person.

It is because of people being so inconsiderate that new laws have to be made. Peopel have to mess things up for everyone else. Then they cry about all the new laws. Good for them.

I'm about ready to start lobbying for banning cell phones from public places and maybe private too. They are every where you go, can't get away from them and they are as you said "rude" people using them most times. I know there are a lot of people who aren't but I seem to see all the ones that are. I have a cell phone but 5 people have the number and they only call for emergancies if I'm on line (dialup connection with only one line). If I'm someplace like church or any kind of meeting I turn off the ringer so it just vibrates.

HOW rude. I get very annoyed when people are not using common sence(sp) when using their cell phone and the goverment has to make laws pertaining to using them.I have been a cashier for over 12 years and when someone would come into my line while talking on the phone I would interupt them as much as possible so they would put the thing down, or, I would just go to the next person in line. I am giving you my attention and they should do that in return.
