Any Real Solution to world Poverty?

In the midst of plenty,
many people are going to bed(if they are lucky to ve one)hungry.
Many more are dying from preventable diseases.
Mushrooming everywhere are charity organizations, yet things seem to get worse.
Somebody out may have a clue as to whats going on.
Please educate me
