Draw a bath with bubbles and pray to the Lord to give me peace that surpasses all understanding.

Hmmm, stress... I will just relax or rest or lie down on the bed and soemtimes I fell asleep, when I woke up... I don't have stress anymore, or soemtiems if I need to be relieved immediately, I just drink some tablets or medicines.

Sleep is one of my stress relievers, too. When I feel a lot of stress, I want to sleep a lot more than normal.

I do bodytalk or deep breathing. Check out www.bodytalksystem.com. It is neat.

Lately aromatherapy. I also like to get it on with my husband to relieve stress-it really works. Sometimes I also just need a little time away from the kids too.

Usually a mix between playing games and exercise/sports, running swimming, or cycling though nothing better than playing sports.

i feel tired i will go out and have a walk, or listen to the music.
when i get into a trouble i always write out maybe on the paper or maybe save on the computer, i like to do that, because it can help me manage my mind and give me some good idea too.

I don't do MY LOT for the money. I do it for two main reasons...it is really relaxing but more important, there may be someone with a serious problem and the discussion may lead to a comment that is ever so needed to help "cure" that problem. I may be the first to think of it and that would bring great pleasure. I may also add to another's excellent response which should bring joy to both of us responders. A little reason, not really dwelled on, is for a laugh.
