do you think you're goodlooking

i had this problem a long time ago. my ex boyfriend asked me if he is handsome. well of course, being his girlfriend he should appear goodlooking to me no matter what. but the thing is, he really isn't goodlooking at all. he is charming alright but goodlooking? i don't think so.
if i think about it now, he actually looks like one of them slapstick comedy guys on tv. :)
how do you deal with such a question. especially if the one asking you has an ego the size of a football field? just a thought. i wanna do it right the next time someone asks me "am I goodlooking?". especially if my answer is a big NO.

I'm afraid I am so honest I would probably say the wrong thing to. I might would tell a little white lie to help the ego, but it would be hard. You could just say something like define good looking, then he would have to tell you what he is wanting you to say. You don't have to toally deflate the ego just get his definition of good looking it may be your definition of cute then you could be honest and say yes. LOL

Okay lets pretend I am your guy, and I asked you the very same question. "Hey my sweet Diorcastillo do you really think i am handsome??"
Then you think quick as you can and just say this (and lie if you have to of course):
"You know cliffcliff, those guys in the movie magazines all look the same to me, oh but you cliffcliff... you are make me soooooo HOT!!!" and then give me a big sweet kiss on cheek (maybe get me a bowl of my favorite ice cream too).
You see, that solves everything, your boyfriend will go back to watching TV or reading the sports pages with a suspicious smile on his face, but he will be a happy guy.
Just gotta be a little practical.

Try telling he is good looking in a cute sort of way and then say something you know he likes or would take as a compliment as it would be very hurtful to say he was goofy looking or something .
I don't feel I am good looking but have a poor self esteem about myself and realize this .

LOL my husband used to be good looking in his younger days now he is getting older and starts gaining weight in the wrong places. He asked me that once and I said, "No. But I will always love you." of course then I guess he doesn't have that huge ego your bf has. Oh come on, he is charming so he can't be that ugly, can he?

ha ha thats funny....you can say like "to me you are"i cannot speak for anyone else...Or if you don,t think hes good looking just say"well you appeal to me and thats all that counts right? then drop the subject.......
