Heard that some people had a "happy place" recommended by a therapist to get out of stress and things related to it.Where do you "go?I don't use that...i just try to handle it best way i can.If i can't and it's too much i take long night walks (scary for some...but for me it's a good method)What do you do when you're just fed up with things?

There are many methods of reducing and dealing with stress. But one thing many people overlook is that breathing can play a vital role in handling stress. If proper amount of oxygen does not reach our brains, out thinking becomes fuzzy and not as clear as when we get proper supply of oxygen through correct breathing.
Here is a small article which shows how to breathe properly:

Hope you find it useful.

I do not find a happy place per say, when I am frustrated, I try to get around my kids, they make me realize that no matter what is going on, there are more inportant things in life. They also make me happy and calms my nerves.

I relieve my stress by either travelling and seeing sights (even if it would just be thirty minutes to an hour) or walk at night.. I love to observe the streets, the people, whether is a busy place or a very quiet place. I visit a friend, tell him that Im not feeling good, (though sometimes I do not feel the need to tell him why).. he will treat me an ice cream, which I like the most... walk a few block talking to each other and back... when were done with a little chit chat, im recharged. =)
