How often do you go to the salon and have yourself pampered?

I love going to the salon and have my self pampered at least every after six months. I get my hair some treatments and a foot scrub, spa or massage. This is my way of giving my self a treat and at the same time relaxing and taking off some of the stress in me. How about you? How often do you pamper yourself at the salon?

i love spa and salon! if only i've got extra moolah to spend, i'd be there every week.
but reality sinks in, and being in a salon means a lot of money to spend. i always go to a salon for a foot spa, manicure and pedicure, usually every month. then a hair rebond every year and hair treatment every 6 months.
the massage would be everytime i feel so tired and burnt out.
i really wish to have my own salon. =)

We have the same wish also, having my own salon as well. If I have extra money and would want to venture into business, my first choice is to have my own salon.

i went there every 3 months for my hair treatment like hot oil and new hair cut!
