What do I do with a Sister-in-Law from Hell?

What do I do with a sister-in-law who's always picking fights with everyone, especially our mom? She resents the fact that my brother gave our parents a big sum of money when they needed it and now she's demanding payment even if my brother does not. She's so hostile that she doesn't even accept our gifts to their kids... And all these in spite (of) that they live in our house. My brother can't seem to do anything about it.

This kind of person should be given the cold shoulder, If this does not work try and talk to her. Personally I know it is family but sometimes you just have to cut people out of your life. Painful as this may be. She just sounds like a person that there is no reasoning with!!!

you've got that right. there really is no reasoning with her. I don't even think she's fit to be a mom because she's deprived her kids of a grandma and relatives who could care and love them by turning them against us too.

What a snot. I don't know what you should do. My sister-in-law is always in constant competition with my husband and I. She has to have a bigger house, higher paying job and better dog, etc, etc. She constantly tries to one up whenever we get together with the folks and talk about anything going on in our lives. It's frustrating and childish.
