Piracy is it good or bad ?

This day many people use piracy software and other piracy product. No doubt, piracy is in everybody home right now.
cheap price and easy to get is one things that make piracy going global. Even a product that are not release yet its already on market in piracy product, like window vista for example. do you agree with piracy? how to handle this things?
and do you have piracy product? tell me all in this discussion.

Certainly It is not a good thing especially for the company who created that software or whatever. It really effects that company. But the main thing that i have in my mind is that without the help of that company or any of its employees it piracy can't be made. It is done with the cooperation of any of that company employee or by the company itself.
