Difference between hollywood and bollywood movies?

What do you think is the difference between hollywood and bollywood movies?
I will start with the first difference that is the budget of the film.Hollywood movies have a huge budget and hence higher collections.

Bollywood movies ALWAYS have singing and dancing in it whereas Hollywood movies don't unless they are musicals.

I am of the view that any film has its rating based on the theme and actors.
