What is the best way to get referrals for mylot?

I am having a hard time getting referral for my lot. I have 3 so far but they don't post they just read a lot. This questions is for those of you who have a fair amount of referrals - what did you go to get them and da your post if so how much u make off them a month? I would really do with some ides to get some more referrals for me that posted. Thanks

Pass it every where you can choose orkut also or send mail to you every friend
