ANGER: How do you deal with it?

Whenever I get angry, I first keep quiet and won't mind people around me but if the person who made me angry is already too much, I burst out!!! But there are times that I just approach the person and tell him/her how I feel. Sometimes, I shout but if I'm in no mood for that, I stay in my room and write how I feel in my diary and listen to my fave music. Sometimes, I sleep but my friends told me it's not good to do that. One has to release his/her anger instead of hiding it. I do believe in that. How about you? How do you deal with your anger? What do you do when you're mad?

have a glass of cold water and take three deep breaths... thats the best way to control your angel and outburst !!

I usually don't talk and interact with people that make me angry until one of us say sorry.

That's natural but it's much better if you and that person patch things up the earlier before something really bad will happen, right?!?!?!

Relax and watch a movie.As long as the anger doesnt get the best out of u then u are OK.

Relax, relax, relax and watch a movie!!!! ;) But we have to release the anger that we feel or else those damn wrinkles will haunt you!!! ;););)
