my son is 4 months old. i want to continue giving him breast milk till he is 7 months old. i have to join my job back. i had heard of "expressing milk". i read a lot about it on internet and it was written that it is safe to remove milk and feed your baby on regular intervals. i want to know does anybody do this? is it helthy? what are the precautions to be taken.....please help

I can't answer all of your questions, but I have known mothers who expressed their milk so they could go back to work. It's been done for years with few problems. If millions of people are doing something and babies aren't harmed for it, it must be OK. Go for it!
