What is the one thing that u always do before going to bed in the night???

i brush my teeth and read.......... I can't fall a sleep if I don't read.

I always work work work and I don't waste much of my time sitting idle.. I love being involved in the online community.. I like chatting surfing, working online,,.. so I don't really know how or what i do before sleep.. I usually spend my time online.. just before i sleep? well, cant remember any.. sometimes.. sleep on my air.. facing the PC:P

I always brush my teeth and kiss my boyfriend before laying my head down at night.

i meditate for 15 minutes before i go to bed...
