how many sticks of cigarette can you finish in a day?

I quit January 17th and still no cigerettes! YEAH! I used to smoke 20 a day easy sometimes more! I ahev gained a few ppounds though since quitting because I eat now when I am bored!

wow,way to go!!it 's hard quitting as any quitter said about this but you did it!next thing is to lose the weight you gained after quitting,lol!
