Measles from 15 + days...wat shud i do?

hi...i have been suffereing from measles on my back n arms from 15 days they r not takin a name of disappearing i m eating homepathic medicines too but still they r not going. i get thirsty a lot but drinkin any amt of water doesnt quench my thirsty instead fills my tummy...any suggestions for helpin in speedy recovery
