how do i get out from Credit Card Debit?

I am in a credit Card debit from a long time i have paid it but still can't resist my self from gettin in it again. I often use it for car fuel purchase not for any thing else and every money i get around 12-20K INR in debit. I don't know what i can do to get out of it. Can you please suggest me.
