Lunch Break is must

do you skip such breaks in office??? do you skip your lunch????? do you substitute your lunch with a puff of cigratte?????? Then dont..... it causes Acidity

No way, I like to work in between the works. I mean I love to have many breaks, Lunch breaks, coffe breaks, tea breaks- i love all of them :)

well thats good.....so u have more number od breaks than working hours?????
