Your judiciary system

Judicial Review. Because judges should not be allowed to over-turn, strike down, or to rule laws un-consitutional....if they want to make laws, then they had better step down off the bench and get their rear-ends over to congress. There is a good deal of history behind Judicial Review and it has played a critical role in every milestone case in this country, but things work out in their own time so it is simply not needed at least in my opinion.
