should society be more responsible about teen pregnancy?

I think so. I think children need to be better educated and parented. A sense of responsibility for one's own actions needs to be instilled in each child. You can teach a child everything and they still may make a bad decision. In which case we need to be loving and supportive but still make sure that child (teenager) is still responsible.
