What is the best treatment for allergy to dust?

I have been very long suffering to allergy to dust (more that 20 years, I think). Any of you who know what is the best treatment or cure, please? Thank you for your respond.

Unfortunately there is no cure. The first thing
to consider is to keep your home as dust free as
possible. Dust with a damp cloth so the dust just
doesn't fly around.
I don't know what medications are available where
you live but if these are available, try them.
ClaritinD for the day time and Benadryl for nights.
There is no herbal remedies that seem to help either.
You can take my word for these things. I've had allergies
all my life.
