Why are there so many people hurting in the world??

Why are there so many people in the world hurting? We have war, we have crime, we have abuse in many forms, WHY??
We are one world and we all need to live in it, why are we so distructive towards ourselves and others. I would like to know if anyone has the same questions or if they are just concerned with there own back yard.

I guess that there are just people all over the world who are blinded by their greed for wealth and power and these people hurt those other people who gets in their way.
As long as there are people like these do everything for their ambitions and as long as there are people who turn a blind eye to what these people are doing then there always will be those people who'll be hurt in the process.
This is my opinion, anyway! I hope it helps...
