well i dont think it would have any impact at all cause we would not all know about it and would have been contented living our lives the way we once lived when there was no cellphone remember?

I wouldn't suffer. I'd revert to life without one and eventually get use to it, although considering they didn't exist I won't be missing anything at all because I never knew of it!
