Yes ,i do exercise but not very often.rope skipping,it's a good idea.

"Eat a little less and move a little more!"...i think that is all there is to it... don't starve yourself but just get smaller servings and if your used to taking the elevator, you might like to try the stairs.

I didn't eat much,however i think i am a little fat.eventhough i am not heigh.I eat little but can't lose weight.how much should i eat,could tell me in details?
I didn't know how much should i eat is proper.

Eat appropriately. I think this is the key to being fit and healthy. Avoid all the junk and the fatty foods. Eat more of green vegetables and also include a lot of fruits in your diet. Do not consume too much of dairy products. Eating a lot of leafy vegetables is very good for health. Avoid eating foods loaded with sugar and juices with a lot of sugar in them.
Make it a point to consume nuts everyday. They are a very good source of protein.
Besides diet, you shoul also exercise a lot. Work out regularly for an hour. And also try to stay stress free because there are also cases of stress related obesity.

Just eat little especially the dinner and then do some exercises or sports which are your favourate one .That's all .
