My son has the makings of a sweet tooth. So I'm keeping a close watch on what he eats, lest he develops a liking for food that's too sweet for him. he currently loves yoghurt, cereals, biscuits and pudding. I find the store-bought pudding too sweet. I'm thinking of making my own. Can you recommend a recipe for homemade pudding please?

here is a recipe: 1/2 cup white sugar 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 tbsp. cornstarch 2cups milk 2tsp. vanilla extract in a microwavesafe - bowl, whisk together sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.whisk in milk , a little at a time,to avoid lumps. place in themicrowave and set in 3 mins on high.after that stir and cook for 1 minute intervals, stirring between cooking times for 2 to 4 more minutes or until shiny black.stir in vanilla. place a piece ofplastic wrap directly on the surface of the pudding to prevent a skin from forming and chill in the ref.serve cold. if your son is lactose intolerant, use soymilk, you may reduce sugar if you don't like it too sweet!hope this helps.

Just mash homemade bread in a pan, add milk of choice to attain a squishy consistency. Add fruit bits or nuts and then Cook in oven toaster for 6-10 mins.
