servant tantrums wat to do?

my maid of late has been purposely doin her work very very very slow...so much so tht it takes her abt 15mins to cut n peel 1 potato. n 2 hrs to wash exactly 10 garments which r not jeans or bedsheets i m talkin abt like t shirts thts kind. if i say anything she says she cant do faster. but when she wants to go out like outting kind then she does same job in 15 mins.when i tell her its better u leave she says no n does fast for maybe 2 days atmost but then she's back agan to the same slow tortoise speed. of late she's acting smart n refusing to do some jobs n when i tell her ok go then she's ready to leave...i cant understand wats she up to.... how do i deal with her?

Wow, you actually have a maid?!? Cool. What country do you live in? I'm from America, and very few people here have maids. Anyway.
Talk to her about it. Be very open and honest about how you feel about her work ethics. Make yourself very very clear about what you want, and that you'll have to "let her go" if she doesn't do things the right way that you want them in an efficient manner.

heck"you have a maid..it must be nice..just ask her what her problem is.tell her you are going to fire her if she dont speed up.or maybe you are over working her..lol..but really maybe she is sick an dont want anyone to know about it.just ask her an see what she say,frist before doing anything to her.
