whats the colour

that is a really interesting concept, water i think is transparent i don't know why it is i guess it is just the properties that make it what it is, but water is also something else because if it were simply transparent then when you look through it it would be like lookign through glass which it is not, when you look through water the image on the other side is distorted so something else is going on there.
