Prison Break-An important question I need answererd!!

When I was watching Prison Break, I kept thinking to myself does Mr. Kim work for the president? I thought the president worked for Mr. Kim and he called all the shots. I'm getting more confused in trying to figure out what's going on!! Maybe Mr. Kim is in charge of the Company?

Both the president and Mr Kim are working for the company. All the things Mr Kim do is for himself and the company. And that applied to the presidents too. Meaning, it all comes down for their own needs and interest. They use the company for their pleasure and the company use them vice versa.
